Everyone is sooo nice and very thorough, including the hygienist. I really am grateful that I can get the best dental care the planet has to offer while living in an amazing place. Since 1981 I have had the pleasure of having the good Dr. as my very gentle dentist. Everyone in his office is friendly and the practice is exceedingly well run. His hygienist, Elaine, is without a doubt the most thorough and considerate in the trade. The staff is constantly educated to the latest findings of modern dentistry. If you are still looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend him to you. On my first visit, I was so impressed by the professionalism and organization of his staff. I’ve never waited in his waiting room for more than 5 minutes. He is so ahead of other dentists I’ve seen when it comes to incorporating new technology into his practice. And, like I said, Leslie is an amazing community member. Having been a dental "chicken" all my life, finally I met the dentist of my dreams! Not only is he an artist at what he does, he is gentle and kind and makes you feel totally comfortable in what, for many people like myself, an uncomfortable place - the dental chair! I have known Dr. Rusty Kirkland for many years and have recommended everyone I know to his practice. I feel there is not a better dentist that one could have to make their smile come alive! My biggest fear now is what will I do when he retires??? Everyone I send to Dr. Kirkland always says the very same thing - "how kind and gentle and caring" he is! I will continue, with confidence, to refer those who want the very best that dentistry has to offer, to Dr. Rusty Kirkland and his team of caring professionals. ~ Bonnie I was in need of extensive reconstructive dentistry and had interviewed three highly-regarded Santa Fe dentists before meeting Rusty Kirkland. I was a pro by the time I walked into his office – having gone through three sets of tests and consultations. When Dr. Kirkland laid out his game plan for my extensive dental work, I knew I’d found the consummate professional that I would trust with this work. I was not disappointed – the results were exceptional. I now live 3,000 miles away and return to his office for all dentistry. He is artistic in approach and a perfectionist in execution. Dr. Kirkland, his assistant Missy, and front office staff, Melissa, guided me through the morning’s appointment in such a caring and professional manner that I’m actually looking forward to my follow-up appointment. I feel fortunate that a dental reconstructionist of his caliber was available to me in Santa Fe. ~ Elizabeth I was a patient of Dr. Simon's back in Detroit some 36 years ago after a car accident in which I lost most of my upper teeth. He did an incredible job putting my mouth back together. I've had another bridge since the one he placed back then and I am in need now of implants and another bridge; but the bridge Dr. Simon made for me back in 1973 was beautiful and has been admired by many dentists out here in California. ~ Pam |
